As a CI Intern, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing our operational capabilities through data analysis, root cause investigations, and implementing innovative solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies through data collection and process mapping
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops
- Document standard operating procedures and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimizations
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to operational efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality and productivity issues
- Present findings and recommendations to management stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate findings clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internship or project experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
