In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our efforts to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and minimize operational costs.
As the CI Manager, you will lead high-impact projects aimed at optimizing warehouse throughput and facility management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, perform deep-dive cost-benefit analyses, and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive sustainable, long-term efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operational efficiency and safety.
- Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analyses of existing processes to identify areas for optimization and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage project roadmaps for warehouse upgrades, layout changes, and automation integration.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and Lean training workshops to foster a culture of process excellence across the warehouse floor.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline supply chain workflows and minimize operational waste.
- Ensure all process changes comply with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations with a focus on process improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse projects and delivering measurable cost savings.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or Tableau) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence change across different organizational levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
