Join Mitra Bali Sukses as a Continuous Improvement Specialist to transform operational excellence across our supply chain. In this pivotal role, you'll drive efficiency initiatives, eliminate waste through systematic analysis, and lead cross-functional improvement projects. You'll identify bottlenecks, implement lean methodologies, and optimize processes to reduce costs while enhancing productivity. Your expertise will directly impact our bottom line by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable growth. Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to deliver measurable results and position Mitra Bali Sukses as an industry leader in operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and eliminate operational waste (Muda) across SCM processes
- Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects
- Analyze data to drive process optimization and cost reduction
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing/SCM solutions
- Train and coach teams on continuous improvement methodologies
- Monitor KPIs and report on improvement initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for process enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in continuous improvement/lean initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodology preferred
- Proficiency in process mapping and waste identification tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
