Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce operational waste.
- Lead and facilitate 5R (5S) implementation and audit programs across the production floor.
- Organize and moderate Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities to solve recurring technical issues.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the internal suggestion system to encourage employee engagement in improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on lean manufacturing concepts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare detailed performance reports and progress updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing 5R/5S workplace organization standards.
- Experience in managing Quality Control Circles and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to be based in Ngoro, Jawa Timur.
