Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and manage complex construction contracts in strict accordance with FIDIC conditions of contract.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring compliance with contractual deadlines and milestones.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, claims, and variations related to project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication between the client, contractors, and internal engineering teams regarding contractual matters.
- Maintain comprehensive records of site instructions, progress reports, and contractual documentation.
- Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks that could impact project budget or timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of progress payment certificates and monitor financial compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- In-depth, hands-on experience with FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) contract forms.
- Proven ability to manage documentation and contractual correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve contractual disputes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
