Join the dynamic team at Buana Lintas Lautan as a Contract and Tender Manager. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to oversee our critical tender processes. In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of tender preparation, starting from initial client pre-qualification requirements up to the final bid submission.
As a key player in the Mining, Natural Resources & Energy sector, you will ensure that all proposals are compliant, competitive, and aligned with our company’s strategic goals. We are looking for a leader who can drive business growth through winning proposals and optimize our tender strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end tender process, from identifying opportunities to final bid submission.
- Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotes (RFQs) to extract key requirements.
- Coordinate closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure accurate proposal content.
- Manage the pre-qualification and registration process with key clients and government bodies.
- Prepare and review high-quality tender documentation to ensure 100% compliance.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable contract terms for the company.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust tender strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management, specifically within the Mining, Natural Resources, or Energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian government procurement regulations and standard terms and conditions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management software.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Indonesian citizenship is required for this position.
