- Support the maintenance and project works function through effective coordination and execution
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contract documents to ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, providing regular updates to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in maintenance and repair projects
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects
- Assist in the development of project proposals and financial models
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in contract management, project coordination, or cost analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling and analysis
- Knowledge of IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems) or similar ERP software is advantageous
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
