Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive cost planning, estimation, and budget control for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Manage the entire tendering process, including preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ), tender evaluation, and report preparation.
- Administer contract documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Evaluate and process monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts for subcontractors and clients.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and site teams to monitor project progress and address commercial discrepancies.
- Conduct regular market research on material prices and labor rates to ensure competitive and accurate costing.
- Provide expert advice on contractual disputes and procurement strategies to mitigate project risks.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in contract administration or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficient in measurement software such as Cubicost, Glodon, or AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract commonly used in Malaysia (e.g., PAM, PWD, CIDB).
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Professional membership with BQSM or RISM is highly advantageous.
