As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in the commercial success of the company's projects. You will lead cost management initiatives, provide strategic commercial advice to project teams, and manage relationships with key external stakeholders. This is a hands-on role that also offers leadership responsibilities, as you will mentor and guide a team of Quantity Surveyors.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Quantity Surveying duties from pre-qualification and tender through to final account. You will drive procurement, cost planning, contract administration, and monthly reporting. Your expertise will directly influence the financial performance of the company's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying functions for multiple concurrent projects.
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, and financial feasibility studies.
- Lead procurement strategies, cost analysis, and tender evaluations.
- Administer and manage contractual claims, variation orders, and progress claims.
- Ensure strict cost control and reporting to senior management.
- Mentor and supervise junior QS team members.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Manage the full tendering process including preparation of tender documents, evaluation, and award recommendations.
- Administer main contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Evaluate variation orders, claims, and prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
- Conduct site measurements and progress claim certifications.
- Lead negotiations with consultants, main contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to management.
- Mentor and develop the skills of junior Quantity Surveyors.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Building Science.
- At least 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in Singapore.
- Prior experience with a Main Contractor or Property Developer is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SIA, PSSCOC, and REDAS forms of contract.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quantity Surveying software (Cubicost, CostX, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
