Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all daily construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, including NEA guidelines and company safety protocols, to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Monitor work quality to ensure all construction activities comply with blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Manage site logistics, including the coordination of labor, materials, and machinery to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily site reports, including progress logs, safety inspections, and incident reports.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of workers, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience working as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Valid Site Supervisor Certificate (SSC) or equivalent professional qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by project schedules.
