  • Manage daily facility operations, maintenance schedules, and office upkeep to ensure a pristine working environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and facility services to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations across all office areas.
