Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for HR information systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and IT departments to identify system improvement opportunities
- Design, implement, and test new HRIS features and enhancements to meet business needs
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of HR system changes to ensure data integrity and functionality
- Document business processes, system configurations, and implementation procedures
- Provide training and support to end-users on HR system updates and new features
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations
- Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including payroll, benefits, and talent management
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS implementation projects and system integration
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
