Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy and configure new hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals) and software installations
- Execute data migration and application transfers from legacy systems
- Provide hands-on technical support during device refresh rollout
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software compatibility issues
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery and setup
- Conduct post-deployment testing and quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS and enterprise software deployment
- Experience with hardware installation and configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and user training abilities
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Previous tech refresh project experience highly desirable
