Join Kuehne & Nagel, a global logistics leader, as a Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Project Manager. This pivotal role requires you to orchestrate seamless end-to-end implementations for new clients, ensuring operational excellence from contract signing to full service deployment. You'll serve as the central coordinator between internal teams and external stakeholders, driving complex projects to successful completion while maintaining strict adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding projects for contract logistics services
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and IT for seamless implementation
- Develop and execute detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Monitor KPIs and project performance against contractual obligations
- Document processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in logistics or supply chain
- Proven track record in customer onboarding or implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of contract logistics operations and systems
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing projects in the Malaysian logistics market
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite
