We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Contract Logistics Shift Leader to join our team at our prestigious 3PL Warehouse facility in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), Johor Bahru.
In this vital role, you will act as the right hand to the Site Manager, taking full ownership of shift-based warehouse operations. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate execution of all inbound and outbound logistics activities. Your strong leadership and operational expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest levels of customer service and operational productivity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations during your designated shift, ensuring all KPIs (safety, service, cost, productivity) are met or exceeded.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting on-the-job training.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, ensuring prompt resolution of problems to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
- Monitor inbound and outbound flows, ensuring timely receiving and dispatch of goods in line with customer requirements.
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and adherence to inventory control procedures.
- Enforce health, safety, and security protocols (OSHA/WISE standards), fostering a safety-first culture among the team.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to implement process improvements and best practices within the warehouse.
- Prepare and submit end-of-shift reports, highlighting key achievements, incidents, and handover points for the next shift.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a contract logistics, 3PL, or high-volume warehouse environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Forklift license or relevant material handling equipment certification is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
