Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and client relations? Canon Business Process Services is seeking a dedicated Contract Management Coordinator to join our expanding team in Santa Ana, Metro Manila. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary support point for contract-related activities, managing a high volume of Inbound/Outbound Email communications and phone transactions. You will be responsible for the accurate review, filing, and tracking of contract documents to ensure seamless operations and compliance across the organization.

We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced BPO environment and can maintain high standards of data integrity while providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to a high volume of Inbound/Outbound Email communications regarding contract inquiries and status updates.
  • Handle Inbound/Outbound Phone transactions professionally, ensuring accurate information transfer and customer satisfaction.
  • Review, process, and file contracts to ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Track contract lifecycles, including renewals and expirations, using digital filing systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in generating periodic reports on contract status and processing metrics for management review.
  • Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to resolve contract discrepancies efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in contract management, customer service, or a BPO setting is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
