Join Krohne as a Contract Manager and lead our corporate and commercial contracts strategy. You'll drive end-to-end contract lifecycle management, ensuring value protection, risk mitigation, and strategic deal execution. - End-to-end contract lifecycle management from initiation to renewal/termination
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate/commercial contracts to optimize terms and protect company interests
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks across all agreements
- Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and legal teams to align contracts with business objectives
- Develop and implement contract management systems and best practices
- Manage contract documentation and maintain organized repositories
- Provide contractual guidance to stakeholders and resolve disputes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of contract management experience in corporate/commercial settings
- Expert knowledge of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and commercial agreements
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to balance legal and commercial perspectives
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Certified Contract Manager (CCM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in fast-paced environments
