Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing various commercial agreements.
- Instruct and provide strategic direction to panel lawyers on legal matters, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate external counsel service standards to ensure timely and high-quality legal support.
- Provide proactive legal counsel to internal departments regarding insurance regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct legal research to support decision-making processes for claims, disputes, and corporate governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential legal risks across diverse business functions.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all legal proceedings and contractual obligations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Admission to the Singapore Bar or relevant professional legal accreditation is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial law, contract management, or corporate legal counsel roles.
- Proven ability to manage external legal service providers and oversee legal budgets.
- Strong understanding of Singapore regulatory landscape and insurance industry practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professional integrity and exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities.
