Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily mining activities, including extraction, processing, and logistics planning.
- Ensure full compliance with national K3 (Health and Safety) regulations and company standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment usage and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor environmental impact and operational safety.
- Prepare and submit detailed operational reports to management on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with external contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in remote locations.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
- Proficiency in using mining software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
