- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for complex, cross-functional initiatives within engineering and IT domains.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies, tracking progress against established baselines.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies and communicating status to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to foster a cohesive work environment.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular status reports and insightful presentations to senior management.
- Ensure projects adhere to Mindteck's quality standards, internal processes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough post-project reviews and 'lessons learned' sessions to drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management, ideally within the technology or engineering sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) and other collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
