Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough reviews of commercial contracts, sub-contracts, and tender documents to identify risks and compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual terms align with Turner & Townsend's risk appetite and global standards.
- Provide clear, concise advice on contractual liabilities, indemnities, and termination clauses to operational leadership.
- Monitor contract compliance and ensure that amendments and variations are executed in accordance with internal protocols.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard contract templates and playbooks.
- Facilitate communication between legal, finance, and project delivery teams to streamline the contracting process.
- Maintain accurate records of contract reviews and risk assessments within the corporate management system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, commercial management, or legal support roles.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
