- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for sales/service agreements across SEA, ANZ, and Taiwan regions
- Lead tender processes, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and submission requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews for all contractual agreements
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to align contract terms with business objectives
- Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and documentation systems
- Provide contract training and guidance to regional stakeholders
- Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting commercial agreements in target markets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of contract management experience in multinational corporations
- Deep understanding of commercial regulations in SEA, ANZ, and Taiwan markets
- Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex sales/service agreements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess contractual risks and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., DocuSign, SAP Ariba)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to liaise across global teams
- Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, FCIArb) is advantageous
