- Manage hotel contracts, rates, and room availability across Southeast Asia
- Negotiate and maintain supplier partnerships with hotels, resorts, and tourism providers
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive advantage
- Coordinate with internal teams to align contracting strategies with business goals
- Handle contract renewals, modifications, and compliance documentation
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize supplier relationships
- Support the development of new tourism packages and itineraries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in hotel contracting, procurement, or supplier management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with fluency in English
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian tourism markets and hotel dynamics
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
