As a Contracting Intern, you will serve as the bridge between our company and our extensive network of hotel partners. You will play a crucial role in maintaining administrative excellence, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the communication processes that drive our holiday business forward. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for tourism, this internship offers the perfect platform to develop professional skills in a supportive, industry-leading environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the contracting team in preparing, organizing, and filing hotel partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate regular communication with hotel partners regarding room availability, rates, and promotional updates.
  • Maintain and update the internal database to ensure all contract details are accurate and current.
  • Support administrative tasks including document drafting, report generation, and meeting preparation.
  • Help resolve basic discrepancies in partner documentation or billing inquiries.
  • Assist in gathering market data and benchmarking competitor rates to support contracting strategy.
  • Ensure smooth workflow between the contracting department and other internal operational teams.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the travel industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
