- Manage the entire contracting process, from initial negotiations to final agreements
- Develop and implement contracting strategies that align with organizational goals
- Review and draft contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify contracting needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks to protect the organization's interests
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact contracting processes
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other contracting partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or procurement
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
- Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCPM) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Experience in the hospitality and tourism industry is preferred
