Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of supplier contracts, from initial drafting to final execution and renewal.
- Coordinate with hotel partners and tour operators to ensure competitive rates and availability.
- Conduct regular audits of supplier agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Resolve any contractual discrepancies or billing disputes with external partners efficiently.
- Maintain an organized database of all active supplier contracts and supporting documentation.
- Support the procurement team in identifying new strategic partnership opportunities within the hospitality sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust contracting strategies effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on contract performance and supplier feedback for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in contracting, procurement, or supplier management within the travel/hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and contract management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the local Bali hospitality market is a significant advantage.
