Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and operational standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits of contractor activities
- Manage contractor relationships and resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements
- Maintain accurate documentation of contractor performance and compliance records
- Coordinate with internal teams to align contractor activities with operational goals
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for contractor management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contractor control or operations management
- Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations and environmental compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Certification in safety management or quality control preferred
- Ability to work in remote mining environments
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
