Tanggung Jawab
- Administer contracts for civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering projects
- Review and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including amendments, extensions, and terminations
- Monitor project progress and identify potential contractual issues or risks
- Provide support to project teams in resolving contractual disputes or claims
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
- Prepare regular reports on contract status and performance
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
