Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and commission PLC/SCADA control systems for industrial applications
- Develop HMI interfaces and optimize system performance parameters
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot control system failures
- Prepare technical documentation including P&IDs, logic diagrams, and operating manuals
- Implement safety protocols and compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEC)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and testing
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering
- 3+ years of experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi)
- Expertise in SCADA systems (WinCC, FactoryTalk, or Ignition)
- Strong knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP)
- Certification in control systems engineering (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and EPLAN for design documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
