Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and implement Building Management Systems (BMS) and DDC controllers.
- Conduct on-site visits and installations in Penang, Kedah, Johor, and Kuala Lumpur.
- Perform system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze building energy data to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to meet technical requirements.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local safety regulations and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in BMS/DDC systems.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings (AutoCAD experience is highly desirable).
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel regionally as required by the project scope.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
