Tanggung Jawab
- Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate control systems and instrumentation to maintain optimal plant performance
- Implement modifications and upgrades to control systems for improved efficiency and reliability
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on PLCs, SCADA systems, and field instruments
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration and automation projects
- Document maintenance activities, system configurations, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols for equipment handling
- Analyze system performance data to identify optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial control systems and instrumentation
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with process control loops, transmitters, and control valves
- Certification in instrumentation or automation technology (e.g., ISA) preferred
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
