Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily inspection, calibration, and maintenance of control systems and instrumentation equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, and field instruments
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards for instrumentation systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize control system performance and efficiency
- Document maintenance activities, calibration records, and system modifications
- Provide technical support during process startups, shutdowns, and emergency situations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in control and instrumentation within manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA systems, and field instrumentation principles
- Proficiency in calibration techniques and maintenance procedures for industrial instruments
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and control logic diagrams
- Relevant certifications in instrumentation or automation technology preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety awareness
