Join Hartalega's engineering team as a Control & Instrumentation Technician, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our plant's operational excellence. This position requires you to ensure the high reliability and efficiency of control systems and instrumentation through proactive troubleshooting, precision modifications, and timely repairs. You'll work with cutting-edge automation technologies to diagnose complex issues, implement preventive maintenance programs, and optimize system performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot control system failures using diagnostic tools and software
- Perform calibration, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation devices (sensors, transmitters, actuators)
- Implement system modifications and upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration and improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Monitor system performance data to identify optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial control systems
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA platforms, and HMI interfaces
- Proficiency in calibration techniques and instrumentation testing
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Certification in instrumentation or control systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
