In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of our hydroelectric power plant systems. You will act as the central point of control, monitoring gauges, readings, and alarms while coordinating necessary maintenance activities in strict accordance with our approved Operations and Maintenance (O&M) plan. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who prioritizes safety and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor power plant equipment and systems in real-time to ensure stable operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance crews to execute the approved O&M plan effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Respond immediately to alarms, faults, and emergency situations to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational logs, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with plant management and external stakeholders regarding operational status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or relevant technical course).
- Previous experience in power plant operations, hydroelectric generation, or control room environments.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLCs, and plant instrumentation.
- Physically fit and able to perform duties in a high-pressure control room setting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable) is an advantage.
