In this role, you will be the backbone of industrial automation projects, overseeing the lifecycle of control systems from initial conceptual design to final commissioning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement robust PLC control systems and HMI/SCADA interfaces for industrial automation.
- Translate functional specifications and client requirements into detailed technical designs and logic code.
- Program and configure controllers (Mitsubishi, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Siemens) to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Conduct rigorous testing, simulation, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including site installation, system integration, and on-site commissioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance teams post-implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional design specifications, electrical schematics, and test reports.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in industrial automation and PLC programming.
- Advanced proficiency in programming major PLC brands: Mitsubishi, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, or Siemens.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP).
- Experience with HMI and SCADA software development and integration.
- Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to diagnose hardware and software issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a collaborative project environment.
