Join People Profilers as a Control Systems Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining the heart of industrial operations on Jurong Island. We're seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the seamless and safe functioning of our process control systems, particularly PCS7 infrastructure. In this critical position, you'll diagnose complex technical issues, implement engineering solutions, and optimize plant performance while adhering to stringent safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide proactive maintenance and engineering support for PCS7 process control systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve control system malfunctions to ensure plant reliability
- Implement system upgrades, modifications, and calibration procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize control strategies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system schematics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Monitor system performance and recommend efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with PCS7 process control systems
- Proficiency in PLC/SCADA programming and industrial networks
- Strong analytical skills for complex system diagnostics
- Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 programming standards
- Certification in Siemens PCS7 or equivalent control systems
- Experience in petrochemical or heavy industry environments
