Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor end-to-end supply chain activities using real-time control tower systems to ensure service level compliance.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve logistics bottlenecks, transit delays, or supply chain disruptions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports regarding shipment tracking and carrier performance.
- Maintain seamless communication with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure operational alignment.
- Analyze logistics data to recommend improvements in route optimization and delivery lead times.
- Manage exception handling and troubleshoot issues to minimize impact on customer service targets.
- Ensure accuracy of data in ERP/TMS systems to facilitate informed decision-making by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or transport operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS) or ERP software (SAP preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, shift-based environment in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.
