Are you passionate about the fast-paced world of e-commerce and live streaming? Global Digital Niaga is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Control Tower (Live Stream Operator) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our live streaming operations, ensuring that every broadcast runs seamlessly from the initial setup phase through to post-session evaluation.
As a Control Tower operator, you will monitor live broadcast performance, manage technical configurations, and ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be the primary point of contact for quality control, troubleshooting real-time issues, and optimizing the viewer experience to drive engagement and sales. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end operational workflow of daily live streaming sessions.
- Perform pre-broadcast checks, including equipment calibration, internet stability, and software integration.
- Maintain high-quality standards for video and audio output during all live events.
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs and platform guidelines during broadcasts.
- Monitor real-time metrics and provide immediate technical support to resolve streaming disruptions.
- Collaborate with hosts and production teams to ensure professional and engaging presentation.
- Conduct post-session evaluations to identify areas for operational improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Broadcasting, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a live stream operator or in technical production environments.
- Strong understanding of live streaming platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow complex operational workflows.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support streaming schedules.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
