As a Control Tower Officer, you will serve as the central point of communication between various stakeholders, including customs officials, freight forwarders, and internal teams. You will monitor shipment statuses, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the logistics process. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage and coordinate all shipments to ensure timely and compliant processing
- Monitor shipment statuses and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Resolve logistics issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all shipments
- Coordinate with customs officials and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and internal teams for seamless operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the shipment process
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems
