Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in logistics control tower operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and data analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required due to shift work requirements
- Certification in logistics management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) preferred
