Lombok Gandaria is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial operations and internal audit functions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing risk, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth. As the Controller, you will oversee the entire accounting cycle, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive process improvements. We are looking for a leader who can mentor the finance team and foster a culture of integrity and transparency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the internal audit process to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations, bank statements, and fixed asset management.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor budget variances and provide detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support management decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and corporate governance policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Controller or Audit role, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, financial reporting standards, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
