- Monitor and analyze departmental income, expenses, and assets to ensure proper budgeting and financial management
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement budget plans and financial controls
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Conduct regular audits of financial operations and asset management
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and long-term financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a controller or similar financial role
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
