Join Trane as a Controls Sales Engineer and spearhead the modernization of our building automation portfolio. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the technical authority visiting client sites across Shah Alam and surrounding areas to diagnose legacy systems, identify efficiency opportunities, and propose cutting-edge HVAC and controls solutions. You'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their operational challenges, design customized system upgrades, and present compelling ROI-driven proposals. This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise and consultative sales skills to transform energy consumption, reduce operational costs, and enhance building performance for diverse commercial and industrial clients. - Conduct comprehensive site assessments to evaluate existing HVAC and control systems
- Develop and present technical sales proposals with system designs and cost-benefit analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Provide post-installation support and client training on new systems
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships
- Meet/exceed sales targets through solution-based selling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years in technical sales or HVAC controls engineering
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS)
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls) preferred
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Proven track record in solution selling
