Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and inspection of building automation and HVAC control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions in digital control systems and peripheral equipment.
- Perform system startups and point-to-point checkout procedures to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to provide professional updates on service status and system health.
- Document service activities and technical findings accurately in the company maintenance database.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and corporate protocols during on-site operations.
- Support senior technicians in large-scale system upgrades and complex integration projects.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in building controls, HVAC systems, or industrial automation.
- Solid understanding of electronic circuits, sensors, actuators, and control theory.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, piping diagrams, and control logic drawings.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen eye for mechanical and electrical detail.
- Effective communication skills in English to interact with site managers and technical teams.
- A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is considered an advantage.
