Tanggung Jawab
- Lead installation, commissioning, and validation of new vision systems and control equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of vision inspection systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment performance and reliability
- Develop and implement calibration procedures for vision system components
- Train operators and technicians on vision system operations and best practices
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and system modifications
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize system integration and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience with vision systems and industrial automation
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI systems
- Strong knowledge of machine vision cameras, lighting, and image processing
- Certification in industrial maintenance or vision systems preferred
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, TPM)
- Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
