As a Conventional Milling Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manual milling machines to produce components that meet strict specifications. Your expertise in blueprint reading, tool selection, and machining processes will ensure the highest quality standards in our production line.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate conventional milling machines (e.g., Bridgeport, manual mills) for various machining tasks.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material type and job requirements.
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to ensure tight tolerances.
- Conduct routine maintenance on milling machines and ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, reporting any deviations from standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize machining processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least Vocational Graduate / Tech-Voc Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Conventional Milling Operator or Machinist.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and GD&T symbols.
- Solid knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials (up to 25 kg).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willing to work in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, and amenable to shifting schedules if needed.
