Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the Conventions & Events team, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all events, from initial client inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure their vision is realized within budget and timeframe.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining service quality.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings with the team and relevant departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (Sales, F&B, Kitchen, Engineering) and external vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in events management or conventions services, preferably within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple events simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Excellent client relations skills with a strong customer service orientation.
