Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement efficient conversion processes to enhance manufacturing productivity and product quality.
- Analyze production data and engineering metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including process flows, schematics, and engineering reports.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in conversion engineering or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
