Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of property transactions, including preparation, execution, and registration of documents.
- Conduct thorough title searches and due diligence to identify any encumbrances or defects in title.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and other relevant legal documents.
- Liaise with government authorities, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate the transfer of property ownership.
- Calculate and process Stamp Duty and other government fees accurately and on time.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under property law.
- Ensure strict compliance with the National Land Code and other relevant statutory regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a valid Malaysian Practising Certificate (SPC) issued by the Malaysian Bar.
- Possess a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or an equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in conveyancing and property law.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Land Code (NLC) and the National Land Council Act.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple cases within strict deadlines.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
