- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and work areas are kept clean and sanitized
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving supplies and rotating stock
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Contribute to menu development and suggest new dishes or improvements
- Maintain consistency in food presentation and taste
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant role in a commercial kitchen
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for food and desire to learn and grow
- Culinary certificate or relevant training is a plus
- Understanding of food safety standards
